  On 1/13/18 at 5:00 pm, I placed an order online for 1 small orange chicken, 1 small pork fried rice, 1 veggie spring roll, and 1 small pineapple smoothie. The confirmation told me that my food would be delivered by 5:55pm ( I live 10 min away from the location). at 6:15 my food had still not arrived, so I called the store to make sure it was still coming, after about 5 min on the phone, the person told me that the driver had already left the store and was on their way. At 6:40 my food had still not arrived, so I called again to ask what was the hold up. They were in the middle of contacting the driver, when they pulled up to my house. Their only explanation was that they were busy that night. When I opened my food, it was still hot.....I doubt that in the almost 2 hours it took to receive my food, it was cooked at a hot enough temperature that it would still be warm by the time I got it. I came to the conclusion that they simply forgot to make my order all together, and tried to make it at the last minute before delivering it. I've ordered from them plenty of times, and never had this issue before. But even so, if they had forgotten to make my order, they should have told me on the phone so I could get a refund, and just go somewhere else to eat instead of waiting almost 2 hours for food that should take less than 30 min to make and deliver. I'd probably eat here again, but next time I think I'll just pick it up myself.
