  I don't even feel that this company deserves the single star I gave it. I first found this company long before they got too big for their own good. Customer service was their main goal and Mr. R and his employees realized the worth of a dollar. Now that the business has boomed, all they care about is money and screwing anyone else they can in the process. I have purchased over $3000.00 worth of items from them in the past 3 months and everything was mislabeled, non-working and garbage. I didn't even ask for a refund. All I wanted was to exchange the items for the same ones that worked. I was met with a generic response that looked like it came from a 12 year old girl texting. How professional can you be using numbers rather than spell out words and not being able to spell the word "back" correctly. How disappointing. Looking forward to the day that a legitimate wholesale company takes all their business and shuts them down. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GREEDY INDIVIDUALS!!!
